BJP MLA from Baripada Prakash Soren was today arrested for allegedly thrashing an Assistant Executive Engineer at Circuit House here.
The Baripada Town police arrested the legislator under Sections 294, 341, 323, 324, 506 and 34 of the IPC. Later, he was produced before a local court and granted conditional bail.
